Webnet WebRatings is a free Web page rating and listing service in Australia. They rate from one to five stars. I looked at some of their three, four, and five start sites, and I don't have any problems with them rating this site a three. In fact, due to the nature of this site, which consists entirely of religious writings, and no graphics to speak of, I consider their “three stars” a compliment.
